Hatch Street artist
Catherine Carter (Studio 409) has curated a four-person exhibit at the Fort Point Arts Community Gallery in Boston, titled "Show of Hands: Gestural Works on Paper." The show features
Adria Arch,
KB Breiseth,
Anthony Falcetta, as well as works by Catherine, all of whom use distinctive mark-making that reveals the movement of their hands as they work.
You are invited to join the artists at their talk this Saturday, June 10 from 4 to 5 p.m., or for the reception on Thursday, June 15 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The gallery, located at 300 Summer Street in Boston, is open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the show runs from June 8 to August 1.
